With 13+ years experience in design, business branding and personal development, and now; conscious mindset mentor, holistic interior designer, and self image coach. Our minds are a great tool! Within us is the opportunity for expansion and to release outdated patterns and programs. Thereby allowing us the ability to co-create so much more in our lives. Using simple techniques in understanding our reactions and our coping mechanisms, based on old belief systems, we have the ability to change our thought processes.
With clarity and balance, we begin to attract experiences, people, and a new reality into our life by making choices that align with our souls direction. I am also studying the amazing and life-changing benefits of breathwork and will be introducing various exercises to help you along the way.

I am a strong believer that the first place that needs nurturing in our lives are our homes!
As a holistic designer, I will work with you to transform your home into a calm, balanced, and harmonious sanctuary that boosts health and happiness. The invisible energy within the home affects your mind, body, and soul, and by applying holistic principles we can shift and balance the energy of each living space. We will then look at your life's journey and incorporate your own unique style into your surroundings. I work with energy balancing modalities; Colour Therapy, Feng Shui, Sacred Geometry, Astrology, and Crystal Balancing for the creation of harmony, coupled with infusing your own unique style. The end result is that you’ll be in constant reflection of your true self and nature on a daily basis with a sense of love and nurturing as you spend time in your beautiful space.

Reflecting your true unique beauty through your self image is a pathway to showing the world and yourself who you really are. To look in the mirror each day with courage, poise, and tenacity portrays a feeling of "I am here, I have a voice, and I want to be heard". When you finally shed the outer skin that is masking who you truly are, you’ll experience a sense of harmony and alignment in your life that makes you feel confident, comfortable, sensual, strong, AND BEAUTIFUL!

Amanda helped me to clear out my wardrobe of comfortable, if somewhat daggy clothes and to replace them with items I already had. It was so much fun playing dress-ups with her and she managed to mix and match clothing items in my wardrobe that I would never have thought about pairing-up but that look fabulous together! It's like I have a whole new wardrobe of outfits but I didn't have to spend a cent. We spent the day laughing and drinking tea and Amanda helped me feel so good about myself at a time when I was feeling dowdy and exhausted. I'm really looking forward to her putting together a collection of outfits for my stage shows and for when we go shopping, not to mention her restyling our home..
